Short on time, but gotta get that workout in?
Here is a quick full-body, weight training session that took me about 30 minute
Barbell push press
Alt. hammer curl
20 Reverse Crunches
10 leg raises
5 Full sit-ups
I just did as many reps as possible and then moved on to the next exercise, I did this over and
over for 30 minutes straight. I didn’t worry about rep ranges or rest periods.
I’ve been doing these quick little workouts lately, especially when I’m short on time. After about
4 years straight of consistent lengthy training sessions, I’ve gotten a little burned out of the long
stays in the gym, so currently, I really look forward to these short but difficult sets.
You don’t always have to spend hours in the gym to get a good training session in!
