Breakfast is such an important meal! All too many times people are skipping it only to fall off the bandwagon before lunch because they’ve made themselves too hungry! After fasting overnight, this is a perfect recipe to prep your body for the day ahead. You can even make them ahead of time, store in the fridge, and throw them on a skillet or in the microwave to heat up.
You’re gonna wanna stop scrolling and make these pancakes, not only are they delicious, but they are prep friendly!!
Here’s what you’ll need ↓
🥞40g ground quick oats
🥞1 large egg white
🥞55g 0% Plain Greek yogurt
🥞1tsp vanilla, baking powder, & baking soda
🥞Cinnamon & stevia
- Mix, but don’t over mix
- Warm up a cast iron skillet (very important) Med. High heat, spray liberally with cooking spray, and pour the yummy batter in…makes 4, 4” pancakes!

Serve with a side of egg whites + 1 over easy egg, and blueberry Walden farms syrup
Add a couple of slices of turkey bacon and you’ve got a great amount of protein to start your day!
